Founded in 1913, Bidston Golf Club is proud of its long-standing history and the strong sense of community that defines us. We are known for being affordable, accessible, and above all, friendly.
From the moment you arrive, you will experience a warm welcome from our members and staff. We work hard to make every golfer feel at home, whether you are here for the first time or have played here for years.

Our course is well maintained and improved to ensure a high-quality experience for everyone who plays here. The same care and attention goes into our clubhouse and surroundings, creating a relaxed and enjoyable environment before and after your round.
We are committed to helping all players get the most out of their time at the club. That includes supporting golfers of all levels and making sure our most senior members continue to enjoy the game for as long as possible.

At Bidston, every member is valued and treated equally. We also welcome visitors and societies, offering a flexible, inclusive environment with strong values and a shared love of the game.
Our club is guided by a transparent and accountable Management Board, which shares regular updates and meeting minutes with our members to encourage feedback and two-way communication.
We promote a respectful culture across the club, with zero tolerance for inappropriate behaviour toward staff or fellow members, both on the course and in the clubhouse.

Bidston is a gender-neutral, member-led golf club. Our focus is golf, and we aim for excellence in everything we offer, from playing conditions to social and community events.

We are proud to be one of the longest established clubs on the Wirral, and through our affiliations with the R&A, England Golf and the Cheshire Golf Union, we stay connected to the broader golf community.
